If you are planning on visiting us this winter season, find out what times we are open below.

November, January and up to February half-term


The house will be open with guided tours of the property Tuesday through Friday from 11am. The last tour during these days will start in the house at 3pm. The tour will be delivered by one of our friendly and knowledgeable room guides, covering the history of the house, collection and families that have lived here.


On Saturday through Monday the downstairs of the house will be free flow, by timed tickets, starting at 11am with last entry to the house being at 3pm. If you have any questions during the day you can ask one of our lovely house hosts that will take you on a journey through the stories of our property.

Yew Garden and Memorial Orchard

Access to the Yew Gardens and Memorial Orchard is by guided tours only from November through to February half-term. You can find out more on the day of your visit for the tours given by our gardeners or welcome hosts.
