Beehives and hot cross buns

Kids, it's time to put on your boots and explorer hats as Quebec House needs you to solve its hot cross bun themed hunt. Don't worry - Bunny will be on hand to help you on your way.

Explore every inch of the garden to find all the eggs, honey and spices that Mrs Wolfe needs to make her Easter hot cross buns.

Don't forget to collect your delicious Cadbury chocolate prize at the end.

Can we see the house as well?

Of course; the house is open from 12noon-5pm. Entry to the house is by tour only 12-1pm, and opens free flow from 1pm.

The coach house with tea room and exhibition is also open from 11am-5pm.

Take your taste buds back to the eighteenth century with some of Mrs Wolfe's recipes. Our volunteers are on hand every Sunday from 28 Feb- 28 Oct 2018, 1-4pm, to help you sample our Georgian delights. Care for a lemon drop anyone?

Family fun at Quebec House

Take the whole family back to Georgian times with an adventure to Quebec House. Try on our replica 18th century costumes, challenge each other with our spotter sheet and have a go at our traditional parlour games.

Quebec House activities

With a variety of informal re-enactments we bring history to life at Quebec House. Enjoy an eighteenth century recital on our Broadwood piano, discover more about the Quebec campaign from a Georgian surveyor and get involved with our parlour games.
