Spectacular Stone Carving.

Bring home your own piece of Shugborough inspired sculpture after learning basic stone carving techniques.

Take inspiration from Shugborough's unique architecture and join Amerton Arts for a three-day course, where you will be introduced to basic stone carving techniques and use of tools to create a your own individual sculpture. The course will take place from the 4th - 6th June.

This course is suitable for complete beginners as you will be able to work at your own pace with individual tuition. Course costs £180, booking is essential.

Nordic Walking.

Join a qualified instructor for a free 45 minute taster session that will show you how Nordic Walking can be a great health boost for your body and your mind.

During the session you will learn the technique properly in order to get maximum benefit and work the whole body. Nordic Walking helps both physical and mental well being catering for all ages and abilities.

If you enjoy your taster session you can sign up for the 4 week beginner's Nordic Walking Programme. This session is completely free, with normal admission prices still applying.

An Introduction To Watercolour.

Take inspiration from the stunning dahlia display in the Walled Garden while being introduced to the basics of watercolour painting. 

Join us on the 11th and 14th July for two hours, and learn the art of watercolour painting during a two hour workshop with professional artist Sue Chatterton taking inspiration from the dahlia display in the Walled Garden. Event costs £25 with all materials supplied. Booking is essential.
