Stay fit at Stackpole

Runner taking part in the Stackpole fun run

At Stackpole, it’s all about letting the outdoors move you. Our sporting offer is designed to help you stay fit and active… all whilst taking in the awe-inspiring scenery, of course!

What activitivites are on offer?

There really is plenty to try throughout the year, with activities on most weeks. They’re open to all abilities too, so everyone is welcome to come and join in.

Beach circuits on Broad Haven South are a great way to see the seaside sights and enjoy a good workout. Sessions take place every Sunday from 4pm and are £2 per person.

If you want to get the kids active then the Stackpole Estate family run is a must-try too. The routes – choose from 1.5 miles, 3 miles or 6 miles – start from Stackpole Quay and take in the best of the coast and countryside.

It’s not a race either, you set the pace… walk, run or jog, it’s entirely up to you. The fun run takes place on the first and third Sunday of each month from 9.15am, car parking charges do apply for non-members between Easter and October.

Or you could step it up with our Nordic walking sessions, which take place from the Lodge Park Woods car park. Led by a qualified instructor, learn the power (and health benefits!) of the walking poles; they’re ideal for an all-body exercise.

We’ve also teamed up with Pembroke Leisure Centre for buggy fit classes which are designed to help new mums stay in shape and meet like-minded parents.
