Ghost Tours

Tuesday 30 & Wednesday 31 October, Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 November

Treasurer’s House sits right above a Roman road dating back to 106 AD. The cellars, which are just a few feet above the actual road, were part excavated in the 1950s. During this time, one workman witnessed some ghostly sightings. You can join a tour to explore the Roman history of York below stairs and hear the riveting tale of what Harry Martindale saw on that fateful day.

Tickets to the house are not needed to join and tours cost £4 per adult and £3.50 per child (suitable for 5 yrs +).

Please note that the twilight tours taking place on the evening of Saturday 27 October are now fully booked.
