Walks from Upton for all ages

Walking was a great hobby of the bank staff during their free time when stationed at Upton during WWII. These trails would have been just the thing to explore Upton's surrounding landscape. With inspiring views, the chance to survey the site of a historic battle, and the option to pop into a local pub for some well-earned refreshments en route. Spiffing!

'What a view' walk

A short 2 mile circular walk with the option of a 'there and back' for little kids to try. Go from point 3 to 5 for the view over the hills and then retrace your steps.

A 5.5 mile circular walk taking in two pubs for potential stops on the way. Not to mention panoramic vistas, big skies, and the frisson of an historic battle.

Shenington round walk

The longest of our walks - a 7 mile circular route. Take in views over the site of the Civil War Battle of Edgehill and an RAF airfield now used by the Gliding club. Plus the Bell Inn pub in Shennington.
