Daily guided red squirrel walks
Brownsea is one of the last remaining strongholds in the south for the native red squirrels and autumn is the perfect time to catch sight of one of these elusive animals.

Join one of our knowledgeable volunteers on a free guided walk through the woodland in search of these delightful bushy-tailed creatures as they forage around on the ground looking for a stash of nuts for the winter.
