Land Art Day
Sunday 27 October: Join us and create some ‘land art’, using natural materials found in the grounds of Mottisfont. This activity is totally free and suitable for all ages.

Taking inspiration from the colours and shapes of autumn, join us on our land art day. Explore the grounds and learn how to create a temporary artwork with the natural materials we find around us. We have created some beautiful artwork in previous years - what will you make this year? The activity will take place at the beech circle.

Dress for the weather and wear wellies!
- Accessibility
Free parking adjacent to welcome centre, including accessible spaces. Toilet & changing facilities around the grounds. Pushchairs welcome in the gardens, but not in the house. Gently-sloping areas and wide pathways around much of the grounds. Mobility buggy service available.
- Other
Dogs are allowed in the grounds but if you could keep them away from this activity as young children will be picking things up from the ground. Natural materials will be provided, although visitors will be encouraged to explore the grounds to find additional, materials.

Guided walks along the River Test at Mottisfont
Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 25 September, 11.30am and 2pm: a rare chance to walk along the banks the River Test, to find out more about the importance of chalk steams and the work we do to protect them.

This half term you'll find colourful pumpkin-themed fun with a spooky twist. Follow the Pumpkin Parade trial to find Halloween-themed activities, from pumpkin noughts and crosses to pumpkin rolling.
