A guided ‘walk and talk’ tour presenting the most interesting features of Winchester City Mill.

In this unique and exclusive tour you will learn about Roman Winchester and the River Itchen, the history of the mill and its changes of use through time, the milling process, our otter watch project and, finally, the machinery details and the current problems we face.

This is a free event although we do ask for a suggested donation of £2 per person to help us raise money for the repair of our water wheel.

Please note that there is no parking at Winchester City Mill. Nearest available parking is a multi-storey on Chesil Street.
