Big Help Out Weekend
Come along to help look after the garden at Allan Bank
- Booking essential
- Free event
Come along and help our gardeners working in the woodland pleasure ground at Allan Bank. We'll be removing invasive vegetation such as bracken, brambles and wild raspberry to allow bluebells to thrive, and to create space to plant native woodland wildflowers.
No experience necessary. Just bring your energy, enthusiasm and a pair of tough gardening gloves if you have some.
Working with our rangers and gardeners you’ll be using your skills, learning new ones and meeting people. Give an hour or a day of your time volunteering to help restore nature in the Lake District.
