Linocut is a traditional relief printing technique where a print is taken from the surface of a lino block. On this one-hour workshop you will learn how to use the tools, equipment and materials to get started in linocut. You’ll carve your own lino and use the burnishing technique to make cards, gift tags or prints inspired the nature around you at Allan Bank.

- What to bring and wear
Please wear something comfortable, if the weather is colder make sure to wear something warm. You will be using coloured inks so please bring clothing you don't mind getting messy in.
Accessible parking available leading through the easy access car parking bay around the back of the house, there is a lower garden path which is easily accessed and one level. The bottom half of the house is all over one level.
Sharp tools will be used. Teas and coffees will be available throughout the session. Ticket price includes entrance to Allan Bank.
