Film Afternoons at the Footprint

Kendal Mountain Festival have joined forces with the National Trust to host two special events at the beautiful Footprint building near Windermere.

  • Booking essential

A collection of environmental focused short films chosen by the Kendal Mountain Festival team. The films are shown in the relaxed setting of the Footprint.

Film Selection - To be Announced!

As part of the experience the event includes a walk led by the National Trust team from Windermere Train Station to the venue.

Arrive at the Windermere bus/rail interchange for 1.20pm, from here it’s a gentle 20-25 minute walk along woodland paths to the Footprint building. Don’t worry, we will meet you at Windermere bus/rail interchange and lead the way. There will be a National Trust team member in easy to recognise branded clothing and wearing a named ID card.

There is limited parking at the venue, we’d encourage you to car share where possible. We know that it isn’t possible for everyone to arrive by public transport or walk over, please do contact us via debbie.riviere@nationaltrust.org.uk if you have any questions about access.
