Terrazzo workshop at Wallington this Christmas: make a trinket tray

During this workshop you will be guided through making your very own bespoke terrazzo trinket tray. You'll be using Jesmonite AC100 which is solvent-free and environmentally friendly. There will be a full demonstration on how to mix the Jesmonite casting material as well as combining the pigments to allow you to create your custom colours. You are the designer here, you can experiment, play with colours as well as the size of your terrazzo chip patterns! Once you have made your terrazzo colour chips, you will be shown how to cast these into your silicone tray moulds. There will be a break while the Jesmonite cures and dries. Once your pieces are ready to un-mould, you will sand, seal and finish your custom-made trays. You will leave with your finished creations on the day! The finished tray is approx. 18 x 9 x 1.5cm - perfect for jewellery, trinkets, stationery and so much more!
