Summer Solstice Walk

Join our Nature Engagement Officer, Dr Cliff Henry for an early morning nature walk before breakfast in the Causeway Hotel

  • Booking essential

Rise with the skylark and join us for an early morning walk along the Causeway cliffs to witness the variety of flora and fauna at Northern Ireland's only UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our Nature Engagement Officer, Dr Cliff Henry, will point out some of the incredible creatures that call the Causeway their home, including nesting fulmars at close range, gannets diving for their breakfast and skylarks singing their hearts out. If you're lucky, you might even spot one of our common lizards, or a speedy stoat dashing between the columns; all whilst learning about our beautiful wildflowers. After working up an appetite, a delicious breakfast will be served in the stunning Causeway Hotel. The walk will commence at 6:30am, with breakfast being served at 8:30am. Ticket price includes the walk, breakfast, and the full Visitor Experience; access to guided tours with our award-winning storytelling team, use of hand-held audio guides, access to exhibition and interpretation areas, shop, café, use of all facilities and reserved onsite parking.
