National Picnic Week takes place each June to embrace British summertime, so grab your blankets and baskets and head to the great outdoors to enjoy a good old-fashioned pastime.

Whether you're spending time on the beach, taking a break from a long walk, or spending time with friends and family, Sandilands is the perfect place to roll out your blanket and enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature.

What to bring and wear

Pack up your sandwiches, drinks and treats, and settle down for a picnic with a view. If you run out of food or drink, pop to the SandiDunes café kiosk to top up or grab yourself an ice cream.
