Beltane Forest Bathe at Sutton Hoo
Relax and connect with nature through a guided, meditative walk through the woodland.
- Booking essential
The energy of Beltane or May Day is vibrant and fresh. In this Forest Bathing session we will connect with the new growth we see around us; the new buds emerging, birds singing, bees buzzing and butterflies fluttering by! We will explore what energises and inspires us; making us feel truly alive. During this 2-hour session you will be led by local Forest Bathing Guide, Charlotte Atkinson, who will encourage you to slow down, relax and connect with nature through your senses. You will be offered invitations to experience the woodland in different ways and the session will conclude with a tea ceremony.
