Easter Egg Hunt at Bateman's

This spring, jump into a world of adventure at Bateman’s this Easter holidays with a Jungle Book twist.

Discover an Easter Adventure trail for the whole family at Bateman’s, joined by characters from Rudyard Kipling’s beloved story, The Jungle Book, this Easter holiday as you explore the house and garden.

The trail takes place 23 March–14 April 2024, 10am–4.30pm, so come along and explore the beautiful garden at Bateman’s. Normal admission plus £3 per trail. Don't forget, you can choose from either a chocolate egg or a vegan and Free From chocolate egg. Both eggs are made using Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa. The basics

Suitable for families with primary school aged children.

Please collect your trail sheet from Visitor Reception.

What to bring and wear

Wear clothing appropriate for the weather.

Accessibility

This trail takes place throughout the garden and into the ground floor of the house. It includes paths with steps, slopes and varying surfaces. Please see the access pages at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/batemans for further information.

Other

Your own pet pooch is welcome to join you on a lead throughout the garden. A few stops along the trail are located inside the house, so we ask that one of your group remain outside with your dog for this section. The house is open 11am-4.30pm.
