Immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape of Colby Woodland Gardens, in a peaceful retreat that allows you to reconnect, rebalance, and be guided towards a renewed sense of well being and vitality.
In a journey that takes you through the Meadows and Woodlands of the gardens, experience the healing wisdom of Mother Nature as you learn the following:
Identification of trees and plants, and how they can be used for natural medicines. Methods of making your own home remedies Guidelines for working with nature safely The wisdom of trees The spiritual intelligence of plants and trees
🔸Practices and teachings for the session will include the following:
Guided Meditation Mindfulness techniques Grounding/Earthing Understanding the body’s energy systems Energy healing practices. Heart communication. Plant spirit intelligence. Tree and plant identification and what parts can be used for food and medicine.
What to expect
The first part of the session will see us take a walk through the meadows and woodland. We will learn which plants and trees can be used for natural medicines, with guidelines of how to create your own home remedies.
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch
The second part will move us into more peaceful parts of the woods as we take a look at the holistic side of working with plants trees, delving into the spiritual intelligence of the plant kingdom, how to connect to nature through heart communication, energy, meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Bring clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather. You may also wish to bring a blanket or mat to lie on for the meditation practices.

Members park free. Non-members pay parking charges. For those who wish to, we can gather in the Meadows to share some lunch together. Feel free to bring your own refreshments, but there will be food and drinks available at the café.
