Forest bathing at Dyffryn Gardens (Into the Canopies)
On Saturday 21 September retreat and reset with forest bathing in the Arboretum at Dyffryn Gardens as part of the Into the Canopies autumnal celebrations.

Sarah Higgins will lead a small group of 12 through the gardens and arboretum with prompts and encouragement to be fully present in nature.
Breathing exercises will promote relaxation and wellbeing in nature, sensory engagement in the gardens will promote a sense of true connection to the season and to yourself.
There are two forest bathing sessions on 21 September, one at 11am and another at 2pm, each lasting 90 minutes. Tickets are £15 per person and sessions are limited to 12 people per session.

- Meeting point
Meet at the Welcome Centre, let the Welcome Team know you've arrived for forest bathing and they'll check you in and tell you next steps.
- What to bring and wear
This is an outdoor events which included walking so dress for the weather and wear comfy shoes.
- Accessibility
Much of this event will be happening in the uneven terrain of the Arboretum. Please let us know when you book your tickets if you need any accessibility adjustments.
