The man in red is visiting Beningbrough once more to rest and recharge ahead of his busy night on Christmas Eve. He loves welcoming visitors and sharing stories of his adventures during the busy build-up to Christmas.
Take a seat in the Victorian laundry for thirty-minutes, hear first-hand about the antics of the cheeky elves and help Father Christmas solve a riddle. He’s such a generous man and has told us he’ll bring a few sacks of gifts for the children.
There will be time for each child to have a chat and if you’d like to, bring a letter to Father Christmas on the day. He loves to read what you’ve been up to and all the kind things you’ve done through the year.
The event runs over the first three weekends in December: Saturdays and Sundays 2–3; 9–10; and 16–17. Sessions at: 10.15 - 10.45 11.00 - 11.30 11.45 - 12.15 12.30 - 13.00 13.30 - 14.00 14.15 - 14.45 15.00 - 15.30
The event is likely to sell out fast - book today to avoid disappointment.
Please note: Non-members will need to pay normal admission prices on arrival at Beningbrough.
During winter, Beningbrough is open 10am – 3.30pm.
Good to know... Head to the laundry courtyard five minutes before the start of your timed session and show your booking confirmation. Please note the laundry courtyard is several minutes’ walk from admissions. Although indoors, the Victorian laundry is an unheated, historic stone building and can be very cold – we recommend wrapping up warmly for the experience.
