Pick up a spotter sheet from the visitor centre and enjoy finding a variety of papier mache birds hiding in the trees around the bird hide.

The papier mache birds have been made by Henshaws, a local charity based in Knaresborough.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Meeting point
Head to the visitor centre to start your adventure, the bird hide is just 2 minutes away. For the crafting activity on Wednesday 28th May, head to Swanley Grange.
- What to bring and wear
Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal is an outdoor site. Sturdy footwear will help with uneven ground and steep hills and warm clothes and waterproofs might be a good idea too.

Henshaws is a local charity based in Knaresborough. They bring people together to make art. Through their workshops, people living with a range of disabilities discover their talents, put them into practice and realise their full potential.
