Explorers walk: Moorland Restoration

Come and have a look at what we're doing to protect the moor - plus learn how you can make a difference

Join us on a walk to learn about how the National Trust looks after Marsden Moor, and what we can do to repair the moor after damage caused by fires and pollution.

Distance 3 miles/ 2.5 hours approx. This walk will involve some steep uneven terrain, and may be muddy and wet underfoot. But we will take our time and enjoy the views.

This walk is suitable for children aged 6+

Meeting point

Please bring suitable clothing and outdoor footwear.
