Join our outdoors team for a walk round the site to explore the different fungi we have here at Wentworth.
From grassland waxcaps to the classic toadstools, we will discuss the names, folklore and traditional uses of mushrooms.
The route of the walk will vary depending on the fungi growing at the time. It is likely to include parts of both the garden and parkland.

Wear sturdy footwear, such as walking boots.

A mixture of hard-standing and grass paths, both in the garden and into the parkland. If you'd like to book the tramper (off road mobility scooter) for the walk, please email wentworthcastlegardens@nationaltrust.org.uk
