You can also enjoy our beautiful grounds this spring with stunning displays just starting to come into colour.

Join us over the school holidays for our Super Sensory Spring trail. Find all the boxes down Miss Alice's Drive - what will you feel? Smell? You might just find out more about the creatures that live here at Waddesdon along the way.

Cadbury Egg Hunt

Join us for a fun-filled egg hunt around the grounds. Follow one of our trails and claim your chocolate prize. There are two trails; one for over fives and one for under fives.

The Treaterie

New for 2017 is our new eating place based at the Stables. Indulge in waffles and crepes freshly made in front of you. There will also be delicious cakes, pastries, macarons, fudges, sweets and artisan ice cream. Opens on 22 March.

The Stables Café

The Stables Café, near the Woodland Playground, is informal and ideal for families. It’s a short walk from the Manor. Housed in the old stables, painted in light pastel colours, it’s furnished with Jasper Morrison air chairs giving a contemporary look against the original features. Outdoor seating and blankets are available in the courtyard too. Open Wed-Sun, 10am-5pm.

The gardens are in bloom, so come and experience the carpet of yellow in our Daffodil valley and our famous parterre bedding starting to bloom in vivid colour.

Our aviary is a rare example of a working aviary housed in an historical structure which has been restored to its full beauty. It's home to a selection of colourful birds, some of which are endangered.
