Dog fun day at Woolbeding Parkland

Is your lovable lifelong canine friend a golden oldie or the cuddliest puppy? Does your pampered pooch have the waggiest tail, or can they do the best musical sit? Why not come along to Woolbeding Parkland on Sunday 31 July and find out.

The Woolbeding team and the South Downs National Park  are holding their annual ‘Dog Fun Day’ from 10am – 3.30pm where visitors can come along and take part in the dog show, watch gun dog demonstrations, have a go at the agility trail or simply relax and enjoy refreshments and ales from local suppliers in this gorgeous outdoor setting.

 This is a free event, with £1 entry for the different classes.  It will start with a livestock parade at 10.30am and continue throughout the day with classes in the dog show, puppy and obedience sessions, displays and ‘have a go’ activities, and finish at 3.30pm with the ‘dog the judge would most like to take home’ class at 3.15pm.  Further details about the event and the full programme can be found at http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/woolbeding-countryside/things-to-see-and-do/events/.  Parking is at Woolbeding Parkland car park off the A272 between Midhurst and Stedham.
