Here's the information you need at a glance to make the most of your family day out at Sissinghurst Castle Garden:
- Pushchair parking is available at the back of Visitor Reception. Visitors wishing to enter the garden can leave pushchairs here
- Dogs on leads are welcome around the estate and in the Old Dairy Cafe. Assistance dogs only inside the gardens and other indoor spaces
- Baby-changing facilities are available
- Fancy a picnic? Why not find the perfect spot in one of our orchards next to the Vegetable Garden or at the top of the car park?
- The wider estate is accessible to pushchairs. Please take care around the uneven terrain

- Dragonfly Trail: May Half Term (24 May - 1 June)
- Join us on a Dragonfly Trail for this Half Term’s Minibeast May! This May Half Term, follow our dragonfly trail of the Sissinghurst estate to explore and discover the bugs, birds, and animals that live here. Pick up your free self-guided trail sheet from Visitor Reception when you arrive.
- Garden Colour Spotter Sheet (From May Half Term)
- Our garden is a living painting in spring. Find flowers that match the artist's colour splotches on this Garden Colour Sheet. Keep to the paths and use your artistic eyes to appreciate the flowers while they rest in their beds. Free spotter sheets can be picked up at Visitor Reception.
- Dragon's den building
- Follow the path down to the lakes and discover a dragon's den building area! Climb along the dragon's back or build a fort against its fiery breath.
- Outdoor theatre: A Midsummer Night's Dream (30 August)
