As you head around the park you'll find lots of natural play to keep little (and not so little) ones entertained. From fallen tree trunks to muddy paths and logs over the stream at the top of the Mile Walk there are various spots to be found. Children must be supervised at all times.
We have three sensory bags and ear defenders available for loan during a visit and these can be signed out/in at Visitor Reception. The items in the bags were suggested by a group of young people from Autism West Midlands.
We hope they can help visitors with autism, sensory processing disorder, or those who think they would benefit from them, during a visit to Attingham.
As you explore Attingham on your visit, you'll be able to spot some of our most popular animals at Attingham.
The fallow deer in the park, descended from the original herd brought to Attingham in the late 1700s.
In the woodland listen out for bird calls, and we'd be very surprised if you don't bump into a friendly robin or two around the park!
