Come along and join in with our pond dipping and bug basement sessions, running at weekends at 11:00 and 14:00 (see our What's On board when you arrive for which activity is first), and discover all sorts of wildlife that calls our waterways and ponds, or woodland floor, home. From dragonfly larvae, caddisfly larvae and pond mites in the water, to millipedes, beetles and spiders on the woodland floor, there's a whole wild world to discover! Tickets cover both sessions in the day. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please dress suitably for the weather on the day. Some paths are uneven so sturdy footwear is recommended.

A personal mobility vehicle is available for hire from visitor welcome, bookable in advance. Some paths are uneven so please watch your footing.

Please do not bring your own nets for pond dipping to prevent contamination of the water.
