Things to do at Comer Woods
Walking trails
The trails in Comer Woods are evenly-surfaced and suitable for little legs and all-terrain buggies. Expect some steep climbs.
Natural play
Head to the play equipment just off the Explorer trail in Heath Meadow. With wooden obstacles, tight ropes and swing bars, this area is suitable for children aged 5 and over.
There are plenty of places to play in the woods. From fallen tree trunks to muddy puddles, don't forget your wellies and a sense of adventure. Seek out the top spots to build a den - you'll find lots of great hideouts along your route.
Bike rides
Suitable for little legs and less experienced cyclists, the Explorer trail in Comer Woods is a great place to hop into the saddle and enjoy calm, traffic-free surroundings.
