Would you like to try a gentle Nordic walk in the beautiful surroundings of Kingston Lacy? Dorset Council run weekly walks every Tuesday at 10am that last an hour.
A Nordic Wellness Walk may incorporate mobility exercises to help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using your poles to improve your general fitness. These sessions are suitable for those who are starting at a lower level of fitness, coming back from injury, or may have medical conditions and are perfect for beginners.
You can join straight away if you have your Nordic Walking UK Freedom Pass or call Dorset Council to come along to a Get into Nordic walking session if you have not done it before. Telephone 01425 480811.
