The North Sussex Centre of the National Trust was formed in 1978 and draws its membership from Horsham, Crawley and surrounding areas.

The Centre is run voluntarily by members and its aim is to enable members to enjoy a varied programme of activities and to meet other people with similar interests.  It also provides opportunities for members to support the National Trust through fund raising for local properties.

The North Sussex Centre organises a series of afternoon lectures at Wesley (formerly Methodist) Hall, London Road, Horsham during the autumn and winter months.

Coach outings to places of interest are organised, mainly in the summer months.

Other social and fund raising events and holidays are also arranged, including Christmas and Spring lunch events, a Summer tea and Bridge Drive.

A newsletter is sent to members three times a year.
