The North Sussex Centre of the National Trust - whose membership is open to members of the National Trust and volunteers - was formed in 1978 and draws its membership from Horsham, Crawley and surrounding areas.

Our objective is to promote and prosper the work of the National Trust and to make membership of the Trust richer and more enjoyable.

We organise an enjoyable calendar of events and social activities that enable us to support conservation, educational and improved access projects at Trust places in South East England.

There is a short holiday by coach in spring. During the summer there are coach outings, often to National Trust places.

We also get together for Christmas and spring lunch events, and a summer tea - usually at a Trust place.

Members' friends are very welcome to attend our organised events but with preference given to members.
