Calke on camera

We are launching our first ever photography competition culminating in an exhibition in the Riding School.

Entries will open on 15 February and close on 14 March ready for a two week exhibition from 29 March.

Please make sure you read the terms and conditions before entering. Good luck!

Conservation tours

Take a 20-minute guided tour of the house.

Learn how our conservation team look after our vast collection.

  • Saturday–Wednesday
  • 11am–12 noon (last tour 11.45am)
  • No need to book; ask in the ticket office
  • Free with house ticket

End of Era tours

Let a guide take you on a fascinating journey from grandeur to decay.

  • Charged at normal entry rate
  • Lasts one hour
