12 to 28 September
As part of the Helfa Gelf art trail, Wales's biggest open studio event, Chirk Castle will be playing host to GLOOP, a contemporary mixture of illustrators, artists and designers.
Meet the artists and view their eclectic mixture of work from 11am to 5pm daily.
Come and meet Simon Greaves, the author of the popular book The Country House at War.
He will be here from noon to 4pm, giving short, informal talks on sections of the book that relate to Chirk, and to answer questions and sign copies of the book in between.
