Meet Clumber's furry, feathered and slimy friends in the Discovery Centre

The Discovery Centre is the main base and meeting point for all our learning activities.

It is open to the public and is a great place to learn more about the history of Clumber Park, the Park's amazing array of wildlife and get involved in activities.

You can also get up close and personal to all kinds of creatures - furry ones, feathery ones, slimy ones and crawly ones.

The Discovery Centre is also home to our tank where you can spot water beetles, water snails and try and spot the stick insect.

We offer sessions on the following:

  • Habitats
  • Seasonal themes
  • Gardens
  • Minibeasts
  • Fantastic fungi
