As part of National Whale and Dolphin Watch this August Bank Holiday on the Farnes we will be watching our seas for all kinds of exciting wildlife.
Come along and join our Rangers and help to spot and record wildlife, maybe even whales, basking sharks, porpoise and dolphins!

A new born Grey Seal pup, one of over 1,400 born on the islands

The Farne Islands are home to England’s largest seal colony. Here’s your chance to get up close and personal to Atlantic Grey Seals. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a Grey Seal colony including seeing mothers and their new born pups on Staple Island on this Ranger led tour.

Time: Boats depart Seahouses Mon-Fri at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm

                                                         Sat-Sun at 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm

Uneven terrain – sturdy footwear advisable.

Cost: £10 adult, £5 child, including NT members
