We let farms on our land to tenant farmers throughout the year. Opportunities don't come up that often, so you'll need to be quick if letting one of our farms appeals to you.

With opportunities for farm letting from Hadrian's Wall to Land's End, our farmland occupies some of the most beautiful spots in the UK.

We currently have the following farms to let:

  • Fernhall and Cwmmau Farm, Herefordshire

Available from Autumn 2016 on a Farm Business Tenancy.

An exciting opportunity to rent a traditional 125 Hectare (302 acre) mixed farm, of very high landscape value and rich in both ecology and archaeology, at Brilley in North Herefordshire. The farm is let with a Farmhouse (dating from the 14th Century) and a good range of modern and traditional buildings.

  • Ynysau Uchaf, Pumsaint, Carmarthenshire

Available from 1 October 2016 on a 10 year Farm Business Tenancy.

  • Abermangoed Farm, Carmarthenshire

Available from 1 October 2016 on a 5 year Farm Business Tenancy.

An unimproved livestock holding of approximately 49.50 Ha (122.31 acres), comprising of a three bedroom farmhouse, one modern farm building, a range of traditional farm buildings, permanent pasture, rough grass/scrub & woodland.

Both farms are part of the National Trust’s Dolaucothi Estate and will be subject to conservation management clauses. Viewing days will be held on the 23rd and 27th May 2016, by prior appointment.
