Visit the boat house Café
No day at Fell Foot is complete without a visit to our stunning lakeside boat house Café open from 3 February 2012.
Dating from the 1800s this magnificent local stone building houses our café and a small retail selection.
The menu: gorgeous food & drink
Located right on the lakeshore our café offers a wide range of snacks, drinks, homemade cakes, light lunches and local ‘English Lakes’ ice cream.
The menu changes throughout the year to make the most of seasonal produce.
The lakeside terrace: a brew with a view
From the lakeside terrace you can enjoy the views up the lake and watch the boats go by, or on chillier days warm yourself by the log burner in the traditional wood panelled interior.

Open from 3 February 2012 our retail corner within the café has a carefully selected range of gifts and local produce as well as children’s toys and outdoor games- perfect for making the most of our wide open space.
