Gibson Mill nestles in the steep sided valley of the River Hebden

The Weaving Shed Cafe

Gibson Mill is entirely 'Off Grid' and all the power needed to run everything in the building is generated on site. If the river is low or it's cloudy we can't always generate enough electricity to power all the equipment you might find in other cafes - that's why we have a limited menu and sometimes have to turn things off!

Perfect for a light lunch. There are various seasonal choices including tasty tomato, red pepper and Wensleydale cheese, as well as fresh pea, spinach and coriander.

Yummy sponge cake - Scotney Tea Room

We have a selection of cakes and biscuits all baked locally by a traditional family bakers. Some gluten free options are available.
