Book a Lake District campsite

Welcome to our online booking service

You can reserve your pitch online up to 24 hours before your date of stay for a minimum of 2 nights.

You can now book online for pods, tent and campervan pitches at:

  • Great Langdale
  • Wasdale
  • Hoathwaite (no pods)
  • Low Wray

Or Holme Wood Bothy

Some pitches are still available on a first come, first served basis for those preferring to turn up on spec, although availability for these pitches cannot be guaranteed.

One night stays only available on first come, first served basis.

Pitch booking fee

Please note that there is an online booking fee of £5.00.
For advanced telephone and email bookings, there is a fee of £7.50 per booking.
Booking fees are non-refundable.

Terms and conditions

To make a booking, you must be over 18 and the size of any party is restricted to a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. You can read the campsites' terms and conditions in full here.

To protect the peaceful nature of our sites, we have a ‘no noise’ rule between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

Booking more than one tent?

If you would like to book a pitch next to your friends, please put their full name and the date of their stay in the special requests box. Please note that the maximum group size of 4 adults still applies.

If you wish to book more than one tent adjacent to each other, please book two individual pitches and then request that you would like these together in the comments box. Please note that we can only accept one tent per pitch to ensure 6 metre spacing for safety reasons.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed but we will make every effort to meet your requirements.

Booking a campervan pitch?

The maximum size campervan we can accept is 6m long and 2m wide.
