Remote camping in the western valleys

Wasdale campsite nestles under the Scafell mountain range at the head of beautiful Wastwater, the deepest lake in England, with its distinctive Nordic character and the pyramidal peak of Great Gable reflected in its waters.

Wasdale is definitely the place for the high fell walkers and climbers, but also affords handy access to all that the West Cumbrian coast has to offer.

Nordic tepees coming soon - check back for updates.
