Tempt friends and family with this delicious cake

June is the perfect time of year to enjoy tea and cake in the dappled sunshine. Why not make your own Victoria sponge and invite your friends and family for afternoon tea.

Group visit

Thinking of bringing a group to Kingston Lacy? Then enjoy the restaurant facilities and have a lunch, afternoon tea or a traditional Dorset cream tea.

Please download our group menu (pdf) and booking form (pdf) or contact the restaurant on 01202 883402 (line 5).

Something for everyone

For those with special dietary needs, we have a range of vegetarian options as well as gluten-free cakes, bakes and rolls (available on request). Our sugar-free fruit cake, ideal for diabetics, is very popular too.

Ethically produced

Our menus are created using ethically traded produce, including freedom food chicken, free range eggs and other locally sourced ingredients wherever possible (supporting tenant farmers and local producers).

North Devon beef

Kingston Lacy’s prize-winning herd of North Devon cattle have grazed the parkland since the 1890s.

Today they still provide the beef served in the restaurant so on a Sunday you can come and enjoy our North Devon roast beef (subject to availability).
