Sticky toffee pudding at Little Moreton Hall

In 2012, we opened the doors to our new visitor reception and gift shop in the car park and a new eating space in the hall, giving us a tea-room and pantry for visitors to choose from.

Choose from a range of scrummy home-made dishes such as cottage pie or sticky toffee pudding to warm you up as the cold weather approaches.

Who was Mrs Dale?

The Dale family outside the little tea-room

Our pantry is named after Mrs Dale, a tenant farmer.

The Dale family were tenants at the Hall from 1881 until the 1930s.

Thomas and his wife Ann along with their 13 children looked after the farm.
