Local suppliers

  • We use seasonal and local award-winning suppliers for our cheese, pickles and beer.
  • Our meat is reared in the North West region.
  • We use local and freedom farm eggs.
  • Our local fishmonger supplies us only sustainable fish.

Baked here

We have our very own small bakery on-site with our lovely bakers Janice and Steph. They bake the cakes, pastries and sausage rolls you can find in our tea-room and pantry on your visit, freshly baked daily.

Grown for you

Knot garden at Little Moreton Hall

Our gardener, Alan, grows vegetables in the gardens that are used in the tea-room and pantry.

So next time you're munching on some lettuce, it could have been grown in our gardens.

The choice is yours!

When the weather is cold outside then come and warm up in Mrs Dale's Pantry located off the Great Hall. With waitress service and a log burning stove we're sure you will enjoy the atmosphere. Choose from delicious home-made soup, baked egg and spinach or a delicious special instead such as cottage pie or a hot pork bap.

Choose the Little Tea-Room and enjoy a drink, light lunch or coffee and cake. Our specials can change daily and are subject to availability at busy times too.

Gluten free

Customers looking for gluten-free food are always accommodated at Little Moreton Hall. We cater for a variety of allergies; either ask on your visit or phone in advance.
