Volunteers on a Giant tree planting day

Come and give us a hand

The range of skills and experience they bring helps us keep Minnowburn beautiful.

If you enjoy working outdoors and would like to help at our property, whether you're part of a group, wanting experience, to learn new skills or just for some 'green' exercise, you're welcome to join us.

Meet our volunteers

Billy

Regular volunteer Billy © NT Minnowburn

Billy's been with us since 2003, the first person in each morning, he puts the rest of us to shame.

When he's not playing bowls, he's with us most days strimming, mowing or otherwise ready with a joke or a comment!

Ken

Ken has been a volunteer here since 2003. He'd retired early and was looking for something to do. So we gave him some rewarding conservation work and making places look good for visitors.

Help us uncover Minnowburn's history

If you have any memories of Minnowburn, or Milltown, Ballylesson, the Giant's Ring or Edenderry, or you'd like to help us research our property history, we'd love to hear from you.
