Relax in atmospheric surroundings where you’ll find delicious food made from locally sourced ingredients. There’s a choice of homemade dishes, soup (including dairy and gluten-free), sandwiches, scones and sausage rolls. Children can choose from a pick and mix lunch basket selection, or opt for a hot choice such as macaroni cheese.

Stop by our Kitchen Café this winter and try our new menu. It includes a warming beef cobbler topped with a cheese scone, delicious parsnip and cheese roulade and homemade sticky toffee pudding.
Cake of the month

Each month we like to celebrate both traditional and unusual recipes with our cakes.
This month our chosen cake is carrot cake.
Ice cream parlour

If you like ice cream, you'll find some tempting flavours here at our ice cream parlour in the stable block. We serve up delicious New Forest Ice Cream, and can also serve you hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes.
Frame Yard kiosk

Near the walled gardens you'll find our Frame Yard kiosk. It's an ideal place to sit outside and enjoy tasty treats such as sandwiches, tea, coffee, cake and ice cream.

- Cheese comes from Gwyn Williams’ award-winning Loosehanger Cheese
- Our bread is baked at Stainers Bakery, Bishops Waltham
- We source our meat either from the Mottisfont estate or locally
- The Hildon Water we sell is based at Broughton

Second-hand bookshop

That book you’ve always meant to read may be waiting for you in the well-stocked second-hand bookshop in the house. Every penny taken here goes straight back to Mottisfont.
