Notice: Our pump, pool and paddle are out of action for the moment. They are getting fixed at the end of April and should be up and running by the beginning of June.

Coming this summer...

The art of Lauren Child: Adventures with Charlie and Lola and friends
18 July - 6 September

This summer we will be exhibiting 50 original art works from Lauren’s own personal collection including many that have never been seen before.
Alongside the illustrations are objects that helped inspire the stories, such as Lola’s pink milk glass, Lauren’s sketch books and one of the original sets from the Princess and the Pea.
You will also get a sneak preview of the illustrations for Lauren’s new book to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Charlie and Lola, entitled One Thing, which is published this autumn.
Lauren has also worked with us to create a fantastic family trail that takes children on an adventure with Charlie, Lola and friends, around the house and gardens. There are fun and creative challenges to complete along the way.
