Wild garlic at Newark Park

Wild garlic carpeting the woodland floor - a walk of sights and smells

Wild garlic carpeting the woodland floor - a walk of sights and smells

Come and see, smell and taste wild garlic at Newark Park. There are carpets of wild garlic around the gardens from early April until the end of May. On your visit you can enjoy a lovely spring walk in the Newark gardens and pick your own wild garlic to take home. After your walk take a relaxing break with a drink from our catering pavilion, where we will also be serving a May special: cheese and wild garlic paninis. And don't forget to pick up one of our recipe flyers to help you cook up some tasty wild garlic dishes in your own kitchen.
