Wild garlic at Newark Park
Come and see, smell and taste wild garlic at Newark Park. There are carpets of wild garlic around the gardens from early April till the middle of May. At first there are just the wonderfully pungent leaves, but by the end of April the little white flowers come into bloom too. On your visit you can enjoy a lovely spring walk in the Newark gardens, pick your own wild garlic and take one of our recipe flyers home to help you cook up some tasty dishes in your own kitchen.
