We've a day of apple antics on Sunday 11 October with family crafts, Apple Pigs story telling and pressing demonstrations. Bring your own apples on Wednesday 14 October and learn how to carry out scientific apple ID and join apple talks in the kitchen garden on Thursday 15 and Friday 16.

Step into Christmas past as Nostell brings the warm glow of Christmas cards to life.

Explore festive scenes from times gone by in the historic rooms, follow the trail of vintage Christmas cards through the house and gardens, looking out for giant Christmas card frames to step into for those festive family photos.

£7 per child (garden admission ticket needed).

Father Christmas will be stopping by Nostell for three weekends in December with a sack full of presents for children who’ve been good all year. Head through the gardens entrance and find his cosy grotto in the mansion.
