We love responsibly sourced produce and our cooks ensure local, seasonal food is always on the menu. We look to our landscape for inspiration and delve into our ingredients and culture in order to develop our way of cooking.

Enjoy a unique culinary experience in our castle. We aim to capture a delicious and exciting range of flavours, textures and aromas, designed to enhance your dining experience.

Our plants are sustainably grown on site using peat-free compost - 100% of our garden waste is composted - in our energy positive garden nursery.
