There is plenty for children(and adults) to do during the Easter holidays.
- Take part in our Easter trail and win yourself a chocolate egg. On every day March 28th - April 12th
- Become a Rock Pool Ranger as you look for the incredible creatures that can be found living on (and in!) the beach.
- Take part in an Adder Adventure as you go in search of Britain’s only venomous snake
- Drop in for a Tadpole Watch

Parkrun is a free and friendly 5K run every Saturday at 9am.
First timers please register to get your barcode to enable your time to be recorded. Free parking for runners until 10.30am and cafe open from 8.45am.
Take part in our first Duathlon on Sunday 22nd March. A 3km run, followed by a 17km bike ride and finishing with another 3km run. Open to all levels, new athletes and first-timers to the sport of duathlon are welcome.
International Photographer of the Year Exhibition From June 26 – September 6 2015 we will be showing the winning images from the 2014 competition.
Their are 8 different categories including breathing spaces, beautiful gardens and wildlife in the garden so there should be something for everyone to enjoy. In total 32 images will be on display.
There is no charge for entry but please note this is a dog free area.
Theatre in the Park
Two travelling theatre companies this year will be performing this year.
Pantaloons – this very popular company make their annual visit with Jane Austen’s ‘ Pride & Prejudice’. The literary classic gets the full Pantaloons treatment in this beautifully hilarious and delightfully innovative new adaptation.
Pentabus - The Lone Pine Club is a daring tale of adversity and adventure for children aged eight and up, adapted from the well-loved books by Malcolm Saville.
